I am very impressed with Cleaner Direct level of service and been using them for a couple of years now. I have and would recommended them to family and friends for their first class service and that they will supply a substitute cleaner should your regular cleaner be on holiday or off sick.

We are flexible and can accommodate extra hours to ensure that your requirements are met, and your home is well-taken care of. Just let us know your preferences, and we will work with you to arrange the additional hours accordingly.

Generally, we can arrange the housekeeping service to accommodate your requirements, provided we receive a couple of days’ notice.

If you are not happy with our housekeeper’s work, report that to us by a call or mail and we will investigate the matter, review, and propose a solution in line with our policy. We advise you to provide us a detailed description with images.
