  • We make sure that cleaner is fully legal to work in the UK. We are very strict in this area, both for the protection of our clients, the company and our reputation.
  • We operate a bespoke training course. We train our cleaners to identify what tasks need to be done in each room of a house and how to organise their time and work pattern so that they work efficiently. At our in house training course we also cover safety in the operation of electrical equipment and use of cleaning materials in line with Health and Safety regulations
  • We care about maintaining the high standards of service our cleaners provide. Once a month we will e-mail each client a feedback form, enabling them to rate their cleaner and flag up any potential issues, so we can monitor cleaners conduct and performance.
